Appointments:
We provide skin care for adults age 16 and older.
Please call 610-688-8750 to schedule an appointment.
If you are a new patient, please click here to download new patient registration materials. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment to allow for completion of these materials.
Insurance:
We participate in the following insurance plans: Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Personal Choice, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, United Health Care, Oxford, PHCS, Devon, and Keystone Health Plan East. For these plans, we will submit a claim for medical services on your behalf. If your plan is not listed, please inquire.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, cash and checks.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as early as possible so that we may assist you in rescheduling and provide other patients with access to an earlier appointment. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be assessed a cancellation fee.
Prescription Refills & Renewals:
Prescription refills may be requested over the phone by you or your pharmacist. Your prescription will be called into the pharmacy within two business days. Please note that we cannot refill prescriptions not originally provided by our office, nor can we renew prescriptions that are older than 12 months.
