John K. Wildemore, M.D.
Dr. Wildemore is a Board-Certified dermatologist specializing in medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and an affiliate of Paoli Hospital.
A Main Line native, Dr. Wildemore graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He completed an internal medicine internship at Pennsylvania Hospital and obtained his residency training in dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Wildemore pursued additional specialized training in laser surgery and advanced cosmetic procedures from internationally recognized experts across the country and also previously served as a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson Medical College. In addition, he has lectured at national meetings and is a published author of several peer-reviewed articles in major academic journals.

Tanya R. Humphreys, M.D.
Dr. Humphreys graduated from Harvard University and completed both her medical degree and residency in dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed a fellowship in Mohs surgery and cutaneous oncology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas.
She previously served as the Director of Cutaneous Surgery and Laser/Cosmetic Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for over 15 years. As a nationally recognized expert in dermatologic surgery, she has lectured at numerous national and international professional meetings. In addition to publishing many articles and book chapters on skin cancer, Mohs micrographic surgery, and aesthetic reconstruction, she serves on the editorial review boards of the major journals in the field of dermatology and dermatologic surgery.
Dr. Humphreys provides exceptional care in the treatment of skin cancers via Mohs surgery and other techniques, as well as the removal of an extensive variety of other skin lesions (moles, cysts, lipomas, keloids). She also performs scar revisions, earlobe repairs and a variety of other cosmetic procedures as well such as Botox and filler injections.
Laura M. Corsini, M.D.
Dr. Corsini is a board-certified dermatologist and a Pennsylvania native originally from Williamsport, PA. She graduated cum laude from the College of William & Mary, received her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College and completed her dermatology training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. Most recently she has been practicing dermatology in Alexandria, VA while her husband (an ophthalmologist and Major in the United States Air Force) was working at Andrews Air Force Base. Dr. Corsini joined our office in 2022 when she and her husband moved back to the area to be closer to their families.
Dr. Corsini is a comprehensive dermatologist who is skilled at treating patients for any skin care condition – from medical and surgical to cosmetic concerns. She performs a variety of non-invasive dermatology procedures, such as Botox, fillers, Kybella, lasers and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is a published author of several peer-reviewed articles in dermatologic journals.

Joelle McNulty-Sell, PA-C
Joelle is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who has been working with Dr. Wildemore for over 12 years and practicing dermatology for over 15 years. After completing her undergraduate studies at Rowan University, she obtained her graduate degree from Arcadia University. Joelle works in collaboration with Drs. Wildemore, Humphreys and Corsini, assisting in the treatment of a variety of skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, rashes, precancerous lesion removal, benign lesion removal, skin tags and warts. Joelle also performs skin cancer screenings, laser procedures, microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
