Appointments:
We provide skin care for ages 13 and older. Please call 610-688-8750 to schedule an appointment.
If you are a new patient, please click here to download new patient registration materials. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment to allow for completion of these materials. Please bring a valid form of ID (driver's license or passport) to your first visit. Please bring your insurance card to all visits.
Appointments Available: Monday - Thursday: 7:15 AM - 4:15 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Insurance:
We participate in the following insurance plans: Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Personal Choice, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, United Health Care, Oxford, PHCS, Devon, and Keystone Health Plan East. For these plans, we will submit a claim for medical services on your behalf. If your plan is not listed, please inquire.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash and checks.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may assist you in rescheduling and offer your appointment to another patient. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be assessed a cancellation fee of $75.
Prescription Refills:
For a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacist with your request or place the request via your patient hub. Requests for prescription renewals are handled during routine office hours - we are unable to refill prescriptions when the office is closed or over the weekend.
Please note we can only refill prescriptions originally provided by our office and prescriptions older than 6 months are not routinely refilled without a follow-up visit. If you have not been examined in our office within the past 12 months, a return appointment will be required to renew any prescriptions.
