Our practice was notified that TriZetto Provider Solutions (“TPS”), a vendor that provides insurance claims processing and related administrative services, experienced a security incident that may have involved certain patients’ protected health information.
TPS has engaged Kroll, LLC, a third-party risk advisory firm, to provide notification services and to host a substitute notice webpage with additional information regarding the incident.
Kroll will begin mailing notices to potentially affected individuals on or around February 6, 2026.
